What Causes The Urge To Urinate Post Intake Of Water?

Whenever I drink water, I go to the bathroom literally right away.. I made all check-ups, I have nothing wrong.. But after reading some Articles Online, I recognized that this might be bacause the fact of drinking water in a wrong way, I mean like I dont drink usually through out the day, but when I drink , I drink a whole bottle in one sip, all at once and so on .. Please help, is that because the way of drinking is wrong and that I have to divide the drinking for all day? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Most persons recommend the use of 8 glasses of water daily though this changes if there are any medical conditions that mean there should be reduced fluid intake (eg heart or kidney or liver disease).

If you use one cup of water at a time (250 mls), then this is fine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
