What Causes Testicles To Wrap Around Each-other?

A friend of a friend told her that his testicle wrapped around each other while at the airport and stopped his blood flow and he had to go to the ER where they immediately did surgery and he almost died because his stats was low. And he was discharged the next day. Is all this possible are just "BS"?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
This condition called ''testicular torsion''. The testis get rotated on its own axis ( spermatic cord) thereby occluding the blood flow to the testis. This can really make the patient really sick as you said. Needs urgent surgery within 6 hours to save the testis.
Good that the surgery was done immediately. Patient can be discharged next day.
Frankly speaking I could not understand ''BS""?
I find this answer helpful
