General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The cause of involuntary lifting up as well as pain is called recurrent testicular torsion.
The is due to pull of the cremaster muscle as well as strong pull from lower abdominal muscles.
The treatment is fixation of the testis at the earliest.
Consult a General Surgeon or an Urologist and get investigated for blood, urine
, semen analysis and ultrasound and color Doppler.
Get operated as there is no medical treatment.
