What Causes Testicles Darkening With Pain And Itching?

Hi Doctor Since 2 days I have developed a very dark color on both sides of testicles. This dark color covers only the vertical half of the testicles. Its a bit painful and slightly itchy - very sensitive to touch. I am in Bangkok and its very humid here. Two weeks back I had developed itching in my legs. I have been using Fourderm cream to get rid of it (almost gone but still itchy sometimes). I need to know what I should do.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Scrotal Ringworm with Groin itch.
This is because of the dermatophytosis from skin fungal infection due to humid atmosphere,which has precipitated / or exacerbated the old died down subclinical infection of Ringworm.
Treatment would be Terbinafine- Tab 250 mgs x 2-4 weeks once daily.
Private part hygiene is to be kept with dettol sponging regularly,to avoid recurrence.
Tab loratidine-to control itching would resolve your health issues.
