What Causes Testicles Aching With Urination Infrequency?

I have been having a dull aching in my testicles as well as not urinating as often as I feel like I should.I have been to the dr about this.He says its from to much caffeine consumption.I am on a mild antibiotic and this is day 6 and I don't feel any better.They have also done a check for prostate cancer and a urinalysis.Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Based on facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Orchitis with Urethritis - from ? STD.
Treat-
Review your case with second opinion from Urologist / Surgeon.
Aggressive treatment for your CBP-Chronic Bacterial Prostitis need to be planned for your case.
Ciplox 500 mgm x 2 times a day for 2-6 weeks are needed.
Intra-Prostatic Injection- with Ciplox or / Azithromycin / Ceftriaxone
with Hyaluronic infusions with vit C
and With Chymoral forte x 2-6 weeks May be needed in few very chronic prostatic conditions.
Alpha blockers like-Tamsulosin would recover the pain and urinary infrequency in such chronic cases.
Would go a long way for better happy life for you.
