What Causes Testicle Shrinking And Hardness After Masturbation With A Lump?

One of my testicles has dramatically shrunk and is very hard and smaller than my left one. It occurred about 30 mins after masturbation. There is no pain at the moment. But I did feel it shrinking. There is a small lump behind the testicle. Please help.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is physiologically difference in the height / location of the testicles which you feel as pathology.
2.The tiny lump feeling what you are felt inside the scrotum are epididymis head - usually felt on both sides.
3.It is very normal to see changes after masturbation - do not worry as there is no pain or discomfort.
4. Avoid excess masturbation as it will give physical weakness and changes / discomfort in private parts
5.But any thing you feel abnormal rush to your GP and get examined - as i can not see or examine.
