What Causes Testicle Pain?
Hello sir i 'm 20 years old and want to share my problme about my penis. Well, sir i have a pain for the last three days above my left testicle in tubes. What should i do. It just comes when i sit or whenever my left testcle is hit by anything even by a small touch. Please help me.

It may be epididymo-orchitis which is due to infection in urine or filaria. Please take a Course of broad spectrum antibiotics for urine infection like ciprofloxacin and diethyl carbamazine (hetrazan) two times a day for 21 days for filariasis. For pain, please take a pain killer. If, even after 2-3 days pain does not subsides, show it to any local general practitioner.
