Hello
Looking at your description this might be related to Acid peptic disease due to stomach hyperacidity or acid reflux.
However if you can provide me more relevant information like your age and complete medical history, I will be able to tell you more precisely
If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you to take pantoprazole or ranitidine group of anti acidity drugs for 5 to 7 days
Along with these drug you should follow these guidelines
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid excess stress and anxiety, just relax and remain cheerful.

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for follow up question or if you have any more queries
Wishing you good health
