General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Possibility of a mastitis or inflammation must be ruled out. However an ultrasound can be taken to rule out any cystic lesion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
