What Causes Tender Indentation On The Head?
I recently shaved my head and discoverd a half dollar size dent on the top right of my head, I have never had this dent and have photographic evidence that I didn t have it growing up. There is no pain or tenderness at the indentation site, I also have no history of head sever head trauma.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a reactive lymph nodule.
The symptoms usually go away on its own.
If the indentation continues I suggest an x-ray of the head for further evaluation.
