Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,

I find that constipation - meaning hard, dry stools - can cause kids not to want to eat, or to feel very full after eating. His weight is a good number. If this is a recent problem I would check his stools, if he is constipated add more fiber rich foods or give him a suppository.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lisa Baker, Pediatrician
