My right eye has been tearing for a long time my optometrist said it was dry eye but now I notice my overall eye is smaller than my left. I'm concerned that this might be nerve damage as I've had full dental implants done over the past 2 years. I don't know what to do. You can tell only if I'm still or in a photo.
Hello It seems from the history that you are having watering from the eyes. The common causes for watering of the eyes are inflammations of eye surface, dry eyes and obstruction to the flow of tears as in chronic dacryocystitis... This is usually not related to the dental implant. The treatment is by use of antiinflammatory drugs, artificial tears and antibiotic eye drops depending on the cause. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
