What Causes Symptoms Of Light Headedness Along With Cold Flushes And Breathlessness?
Hi I have a question... I rather ask before I make a trip to the ER. I would like to know what these symptoms possibly sound like - light headed, chills/shaky, hot/cold flashes occassionally, burning in esophagus and ears, and along with it all breathless (I have an inhaler doesn t seem to ease it). I am not sure if it is anxiety or maybe something else. It s driving me nuts and thinking about what could be going on is making it worse - which to me sounds like anxiety but it has been happening for the past couple hours. Thank you for your help
The symptoms can be related to anxiety. I suggest to use an anxiolytic such as Xanax to relieve the anxiety. I also suggest using a chamomile tea. I recommend a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy, and daily exercise.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
