OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Enlarged and dilated ventricles in fetus are present in various conditions like:
1. Central nervous system anomaly
2. Genetic syndromes
3. Chromosomal anomalies especially Down syndrome
4. Idiopathic( no cause found)
In this condition, I would suggest you to consult a fetal medicine specialist so that a detailed anomaly ultrasound can be done to rule out any congenital anomalies, and amniocentesis can be done to assess fetal karyotype.
Further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
