What Causes Swollen Veins Under Tongue After Smoking Meth?

i believe i got white bumps on my tongue after smoking meth,now the bumps are going away But after using again todaysome veins under my tongue are super swollen like balloons, right where the silyva squrts out. seems to go down with iceon them but without back to swelling. how dangerous is this,,,im kinda freaking out right now.

difficult to say without seeing them. Not very dangerous in any case. But there normally are prominent veins there. Local irritation, changes in circulation occur every time one takes a powerful stimulant.

(wow, you should see the ones at the base of the brain!)
