What Causes Swollen Vagina With Polyp?

I am 10 wks pregnant and have been told I have a polyp on my cervix. The polyp was bleeding after a Pap smear I had yesterday at the doctors. The doc put some medicine on it to stop the bleeding. Today, I got into the shower and noticed that my vagina was virtually swollen shut. I called the doctor but I am still waiting for a return call. Is this something I should be concerned about? I m worried about my health as well as the baby.

high healthcare Magic user, if you have cervical polyp due to effect of estrogen their is tendency to grow polyp. but nothing to worry avoid sex for 3months.
if it is small size then their is no problem in normal vaginal delivery.
it may bleed in between be careful to avoid infection, if it is infected then their is risk of abortion.
please get high vaginal swab done, urine routine microscopy to rule out infection.
