General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to tonsillitis.

It can be because of a viral or bacterial infection.

I suggest you to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using throat sprays for antibacterial properties.

I suggest you to drink liquids.

If the symptoms continue I suggest you to take prescribed antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
