What Causes Swollen Tonsilitis Post Unprotected Sex?

had unprotected sex 3 days ago , i have devleoped swollen tonsilitis but no fever ,would it be sero converion or jus beacause i did not sleep well the previous night as it started after my partner said i was snoring and my head was not positioned correctley in my sleep

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain swollen tonsils or Tonsillitis after Oral sex might be due to improper maintenance of Genital hygiene leading to infection in throat and tonsils leading to inflammation and pain..

It is not due to less sleep but it is due to infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like Throat swab culture to rule out for bacterial or Viral infection and can advise you to take antibiotics like Augmentin, Anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and suck throat lozenges..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Drink plenty of warm water..
