What Causes Swollen Raised Black Spots On Inner Right Thigh?

Hi my inner right thigh has had 2 black spots that r now swollen & raised then on Monday this spots stared itching then my left inner thigh started to itch so bad so yes sadly I did scratch then any way I have been using cortisone cream & the raw aloe vera to rub over the area however the spot have still been itching and since today the spots have become more blotchy and swollen a lot & now feel some what painful any ideas on what may be happening with me
