What Causes Swollen Neck Glands And Tightness In Chest?

My neck glands feel swollen. If I inhale deeply my upper chest feels as though it tightens, particularly if exposed to cold out door weather. Moving from crouching/sitting to standing quickly can lead to slight dizziness and shortage of breath. I have no other cold like symptoms and the symptoms are not constant. I first experienced them about a week ago but today they seem much worse.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to healthcare magic forum,
It looks like you are encountered wit some kind of infection in body, leading to swollen gland, as per your description either that is tonsil which is swollen or some kind of lymph node, so better get a test done like FNAC=fine needle aspiration cytology from the swollen gland/lymph node, to reach a diagnosis followed by treatment.
Hope you can understand it.
Regards,
Thanks
