Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With increasing age some amount of changes can be seen in moles. In pregnancy sometimes moles can become more darker and little increasing in size due to the changes in the melanin levels of the body. But if moles are increasing in size or if surface of the moles become irregular or associated with any discharge or if become asymmetrical in these cases it should be examined by the Dermatologist to find out what is the cause of the problem and treatment should be taken accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
