Hello Dear. There is a big list of causes of lymph nodes in the neck. Kindly ask your brother to meet a physician and get examined. So unless he is examined thoroughly it is difficult to pin point to a particular cause. I will list out a few causes for your knowledge.
Since your brother had tooth extraction in november there is a high possibility that it might be due to infection resulting from extraction.
So kindly ask your brother to get evaluated by a physician at the earliest.
