What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck And Pressure In Head?

Hello, last week I was hospitalized for 2.5 days due to a kidney infection. The day after I had to fly back home and then I flew again the next day. I had taken 3 days worth of extra antibiotics (Cipro) that ended on Friday. Since then I ve felt better, no severe headaches, kidney feeling better daily but my lymph nodes in my neck have been swollen and I ve had a weird pressure in my head (all on the left side). Could this be a secondary infection and what should I do?

DEAR FRIEND SWELLING IN LYMPH NODES IS DUE TO INFECTIONS, YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE OF YOUR STANDARD ANTIBIOTIC TREATMENT. TAKE WARM WATER DON'T EAT JUNK AND COLD FOOD LIKE ICE CREAM... IT MAY RESOLVE WITHIN 5 DAYS IF YOU CONTINUE WITH DRUG..
