What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind The Neck Along With Hip Pain?

I don t see the cost for this, but 55yo, female, h/o DVT, PE, taking lovenox BID X7 yrs, IVC filter (X2), no DVT or PE for 5 or 6 yrs. Recent ear & throat infection, treated w/ Zpak X2. 2 days ago significantly large lymph nodes behind both ears. Swelling continues , but has subsided somewhat. Today - My right hip hurts, more with breathing. What the heck? Help?

hi well if you had a infection is normal that lymph nodes react with swell, especially those near the focus. Ear and throat have lymphatic conections with many lymph nodes in neck and could delay to heal more time.
