Hello,

Due to the signs (palpable lymph nodes) and symptoms that you mention (headache, ear pain, fatigue) although no fever, the first thing that comes to my mind is an infectious process of upper airways (ear, rhinopharynx, larynx) .

Although the Infections can be of several types: viral, bacterial, parasitic, fungic; the most common would be suspected in the first instance in a viral infection. I believe that a good physical examination should be done to arrive at a good diagnosis. I recommend that you attend an ENT to examine you. Most likely for the time of evolution your doctor will request blood studies (full hematology) to be guided as to the etiology of the infection and show you the best treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Luis Alberto Urdaneta Arenas,
