hi my name is dave ok im not sure what the name of it is but its the little thing that hangs down in the back of your throut, well mine is swollen . its to the point where its hard to swallow. so what do i do?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be due to hyperacidity and it can be well managed with' Tab Omeprazole 40mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
