What Causes Swollen Glands And White Spots On Throat?

Will this help from you cost me money?????Two days ago I had the start of a sore throat. Then yesterday I helped a friend to work on the soprano part of some songs for about 90 minutes (and I am an alto). There was coughing and eventually my throat was more sore. There were a couple of white spots on the right side of my throat. And my glands felt swollen. Lots more coughing. This morning I woke up and have very little voice, with lots more coughing. Now I have many white spots on the right side of my throat. Will your help cost me money???

Hi

Welcome to HCM

The swollen glands indicate enlarged lymph nodes secondary to throat infection. This requires treatment of the throat infection. I usually treat these conditions by the use of broad spectrum oral antibiotic drugs and antiinflammatory drugs.
Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
