HI, a few weeks ago, I had masturbated for a long period of time. The next day I noticed my foreskin was swollen (uncircumcised). The following day, I pulled back my skin and had 2 canker sore looking things on my head of the penis (not together) and 2 on the foreskin, when pulled back. They didn t hurt just literally looked like canker sores like the ones you get in your mouth. Few days later I started getting worried thinking It could be an std like herpes or something, even though ive been with my gf for 5 months and have never had any outbreaks. Doctor said it looked more like syphilis even though there were multiple chancre type looking things. Today all tests came back negative (nurse called me) for all STDs. However even though the canker sores are still there, a little smaller than originally but still there? Could this really be just from masturbating and having bacteria or something? How can I improve the healing time? have been using neosporin
