What Causes Swollen Forehead While Recovering From Hives?
Hi- My 9 year old son had an allergic reaction 2 days ago-he started sneezing ,coughing and feeling unwell. Then he got Hives all over him. We rushed him to the doctor. They said he had had an allergic reaction to something and told us to go home as the worst had passed. the next day his Hives were worse and itchy, we went to the chemist and she gave us antihistamine liquid-that helped calm down the Hives. But now 2 days later his forehead is swollen and he looks very strange. Please help

Hi,
It seems that these hives might be due to allergic reaction causing some edema producing swollen head.
Nothing to worry, continue with antihistamine syrup for 2-3 days and he will be alright.
