Hi,

In my opinion, the swelling in your collarbone does not appear to be related to underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) although all other symptoms are pointing towards hypothyroidism.

In my opinion, if you have hypothyroidism then you should start taking treatment for it. For collar swelling, I would recommend X-ray of the affected shoulder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
