Hello, Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I have read your question fully and understand your concerns. Clitoris is a very sensitive part of a female’s genitalia. Even small trauma can irritate it and cause it to swell and become painful. Rough sex, having long nails during masturbation, wearing tight and rough under garments or trousers, use of any harsh soaps etc. all can cause swelling of the clitoris. In your case, I feel it could be because of the masturbation. It hurts during urination even though you do not have a UTI, because the urine is acidic and when acidic urine falls on any small tear in the skin it burns/stings/hurts. You could try some simple creams like Sudocrem or 1% Hydrocortisone which is available in any pharmacy. Sudocrem can be applied 3-4 times/day and can be applied for a few weeks. , Hydrocortisone is a steroid should be applied twice a day for 1 week; use only a very small amount. I would also advise you to drink plenty of fluids to reduce the acidity of urine. You could also If your symptoms have not settled within a couple of weeks, kindly see your doctor.
