General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I suggest you to either visit an ER or request an X-ray / plain CT of head from a GP. It is likely that you have injured your skull and that in turn have lead to some sort of damage to either blood supply or nerve supply. The radio-diagnosis can help rule out fractures, internal bleeds and hematoma.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
