General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Swollen lymph nodes are usually related to the presence of an infection. I suggest you do a complete blood count to confirm the presence of an infection.

Meanwhile, you can use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day to fight the inflammation on the system.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
