What Causes Swelling Veins Above Crotch With Lumps In Legs?

I have these swelling vain above my crotch close to my right hip buster what do I do I also had a lump right between my leg and crotch then a drained it but know I have another one one my outside leg and it hurt and got bigger and bigger so I piped and white stuff and blood came out is that bad

The description is in keeping with abscess formation. An abscess is a collection of pus. Blood can also be seen mixed with the discharge.

The treatment is normally incision and drainage , antibiotic therapy.

Even though the area drained, you should consider going to your doctor to have it examined because small pockets of pus often remain and cause re infection.
In addition you would need antibiotic therapy.
