What Causes Swelling Of The Foreskin Post Masturbation?

Hello Doctor, I am experiencing swelling in my foreskin after masturbating. I guess its because of the rough action & lack of lubrication. I always keep it clean under the foreskin. The swelling with rib formation around my foreskin is scaring me. I do not feel pain or irritation though. Please help. Thank you.

Yesm swelling may occur after rough masturbation or sex due to congeston of venous flow. it is usually teporary and improves over few hours unless there is paraphymosis which means that foreskin is pulled over glans and cant be pulled back.In this case you should see doctor urologist as soon as possible. Otherwise, you should warm up penis in warm water and apply lubicants.
