General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to kidney issues.
I suggest to limit the amount of salt you eat to prevent swelling and to manage your blood pressure.
I also suggest todrink less fluid to reduce swelling.
Nephrotic syndrome can increase your cholesterol and triglyceride levels, so try to eat a diet that's low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
If the symptoms continue, you should see a nephrologist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
