What Causes Swelling, Itching And Discharge From Clitoris?

I've noticed recently that my clitoris is swollen... It doesn't hurt, but it does itch & their tiny bits of a white substance... I have never had this happen nor do I know what it is... I just want to know what it maybe , what I have to do to have everything go back to normal.

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Looking at what you have said it looks like candid infection. Do you have white discharge. Do you have diabetes? If yes check your sugars and consult your doctor. If you are not having diabetes then please go ahead and do your fasting and 2 hours post prandial sugars. If you are married do not have intercourse. The white patches are to be examined by a gynecologist. Smear has to be taken to confirm the infection type. And accordingly medicine should be prescribed. Hence, you need a local examination by a specialist and need sugars to be tested.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
