What Causes Swelling In Throat On Swallowing Semen?

Hello, I am a 21 year old gay male, everytime I give my bf oral and swallow his semen my throat swells up, wondering if its a possability that I could be allergic to his proteins in his seman, but at the same time when having sex anally and he ejaculates inside me there is no problem, could it be a problem with my glands in my throat, and how would I fig out the problem

Hello,

It may be due to allergy or infection or sore throat. Herpes simplex or gonorrhoea or warts or chlamydia may spread through sexual activity. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxicillin with clavulinic acid 625mg twice a day for five days. If no improvement get it done throat swab and culture sensitivity. If symptoms not improved means please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
