Hi i am a 24 yo Male, and i am having symptoms that doctors cannot figure out! 1. two years ago i found out my right testicle is bigger than the left 2. since more than year i am having dysuria and painful ejacuation 3. after ejacuation, when i urinate, i feel like razor is coming out of my urethra (pains very very much) 4. feeling like i cannot emply my bladder 5. feeling like i cannot get as hard as i used to 2 years back 6. urine doesnt flow as it used to 7. sperm doesnt shoot as it used to 8. sperm volume has reduced to 40% from 100% i have got many tests done got urine culture, blood culture, ultrasounds, DREs many times nothing is found. even RGU/MCU for any stricture, but there wasnt. it pained a lot i feel something is blocking my urine/sperm pleasue help me thanks in advance
