Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms are pointing toward allergic reaction only which is leading to swelling of lips and face. It can be due to allergic reaction to any foods or medication that you take occasionally while it can also be due to any bug bite, soaps or detergents, etc.

So, my suggestion is to consult an emergency room and get evaluated so that they can take a blood sample for ruling out the exact cause of the allergic reaction and along with it they can also give you a steroid shot to reduce the selling completely.

As of now you can take another dose of Benadryl and do cool compresses over the swelling. Drink plenty of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora
