Thank you, I had a total knee replacement on my right knee back on July 24, 2016. After surgery everybody that I ran into at the hospital and after care always said to me that my leg is the most swollen that they have seen. After three months now my knee and leg are still swollen and I went to my GP 2 Fridays ago and he was concerned enough to have a CT done and it was discovered in the x-rays that I had two fractures in my leg, one fracture of the postereomedial aspect of the distal femur, this is located along the medial aspect of the posterior part of the femoral component. The fracture is about 15 mm AP x 7 mm transverse x 20 mm cephalocaudal. The second fracture is in the medial aspect of the proximal tibia, this extends along the medial aspect of the stem of the patellar component. The fracture measures up to 42 mm AP x 26 mm transverse and 57 mm cephalocaudal. My question is how concerned should I be about these fractures no one wants to give a second opinion.
