had a colonoscopy on Monday used Purg-Odan as perscibed by the doctor. This did well for the cleanse, i noticed come Sunday night before taking the last of this lovely drink my left hand started to swell as if it was a gout symptom. could not move the hand very sore to the touch and warm to he touch. I iced it frequently as well as using hot water soakings then back to cold. This is now Tuesday night still swollen a little less sore but still having to move slow to do things. Not sure what the cause was the clinic said very unlikely an allgic reactiuon but it was only there why taking this dink to cleanse. thanks Barry

Hello,

It may be due to allergy to the drug or compressive neuropathy or acute muscle weakness. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what is the level of lesion. Please consult your physician and get it done blood investigation, serum creatinine and electrolytes, uric acid levels, nerve conduction study etc then get treated accordingly

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
