Woke up one morning with swollen ankles and feet. I do not like to take medications. but I am thinking of taking some over the counter kind of anti-inflammatory. I have an appointment for a vein clinic check up (varicose) the 14th - the swelling is annoying, shoes do not fit well - what can I do to alleviate the swelling
