General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

The symptoms you have mentioned are due to hemorrhoids. That is the possible cause in your case as you are also having constipation. Constipation is the major cause for hemorrhoids. You need to consult a surgeon for the treatment. You need to avoid spicy foods.
Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
