I got a swollen Libia and have groin pain and have Two sores by the hair line inside the Libia wat is Goin on I been tested for std and dnt have any plus I have a lump under my arm pit had it for yrs got x-rays they said it s fatty tissue now wat is Goin on

I really appreciate your concern, it could be nonspecific swelling some time may be fungal infection some time it may be due to allergic condition and such symptoms always come around on its own, still care needs to be taken for hygiene and "Povidone Iodine" cream can be used hope this information helps.
