Hi there, about 3 weeks ago I had unprotected sex and the very next day I noticed a slight redness under my foreskin and then the next few days the head of my penis was slightly swollen and red aswell, I started to use canasten cream (anti fungal) which maybe slightly helped, I got full std tested a week or so later and all came back negative for everything, I kept using the cream and even took a diflucan tablet which seemed to help and it almost pretty much went away! However last night after thinking it was better I had unprotected sex again with a regular partner and noticed after that the head of my penis got quite red and blotchy/dry looking and slightly sore (achy) feeling, what could be the cause of this ?
