welcome to HCM
hope it will help
the symptoms of redness and swelling may be due to an allergic reaction to sometging
or this swelling which is die to oedema or collection of fluid can be secondary to her condition of breast cancer.though her doctor tood her it is completely burn but still it reactivates in many cases
ask her to get hersekf completly checked asap
i hope its just an allergic reaction
You can get back to me with another query
thank u
