What Causes Swelling And Pain In Navel Along With Accumulation Of White Substance?
My belly button has been hurting for the last couple days and I've wanted to see what the matter is. It's not bleeding, but for the first or so day it started, I've been seeing little bit of white stuff. It hasn't hurt lately, it is (in my observation) looks like it's either inflamed or swollen a bit. Do you know what this is? I really hope its not anything serious, cause I do not want to get surgery. Thanks

your history suggest of an abscess.
I would advise
to start on an antibiotic along with antacid for a full course of 7days.
To get the abscess drained by physician, under strict aseptic condition.
