General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The swelling of the sole of foot and palm may be part of underlying systemic inflammatory issue via antibodies through immune response to viral infection or others. It is mandatory to check physically for the extent of erythema, blanching, pulsations, warmth, tenderness, peripheral pulses and other parameters to make a list of differential diagnosis in this case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
