What Causes Swelling And Hardness On Ear After Injury?

My baby hit her head a month ago behind her ear. No concussion signs, her dr checked it out and wasn t concerned. Just checked it and it s not painful to her but is hard and larger. Her dr is not open weekends, just making sure we don t need to seek ER

I really appreciate your concern, ideally head injury need to be kept under observation for 48 hours because anything could happen during this time period and it need to be sent for CT of head, it need to be taken seriously, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
